1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and sbotop ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the sbotop website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). 3. Account Registration and KYC

To access the full functionality of the sbotop Platform, you must register a single personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

sbotop operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with international gaming authority anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents prior to processing any withdrawal or as a condition of continued account access:

All funds deposited to the sbotop Platform must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount pending investigation. sbotop reserves the right to request additional verification for any deposit or withdrawal transaction as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform at the time of request. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at the prevailing rate determined by sbotop at the time of the transaction.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the sbotop Sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport, market, and event type. sbotop reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's account without interest.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, or participation in wagering designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming intent — will result in the voiding of all bonus-related winnings and may result in account suspension.

Rewards accumulated under the sbotop Rewards programme have no cash value until converted to betting credits in accordance with the programme rules. Accumulated rewards may expire if your account is inactive for a continuous period of 180 days or more.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sbotop Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and compilation of materials — is the property of sbotop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written consent from sbotop is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbotop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to losses arising from interrupted service, technical failures, data loss, or delays in transaction processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

sbotop's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

sbotop collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
